Your password and when you have to change it
When using the High security setting, you have to change your password every thirty days. This is done in order to help ensure the highest possible level of data protection and to give peace of mind both to you and to those who entrust you with their personal information. The process for changing your password is simple.
Here's how to do it.
Setting you new password
Remember to select a new and unique password to access to your FreshMail account - one that you have not used before.
There are additional requirements regarding the exact content of your password (numbers, letters, etc.). Go to the 'Password and security' tab on the 'Settings' page for detailed information about the number and kind of characters that your password must contain.
When your new password is ready, just follow the prompts at the bottom of the 'Password and security' page.
If you forget your password, just click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the sign-in page and you will be asked to provide the email address that the account is linked to. You will then be able to change the password following information sent to the email address.
