FreshMail allows you to export your contact list to a CSV file so you can edit, manage and re-upload the list whenever you like.

Just go to the ‘Contact lists’ option in the main menu, choose the list you want to export and the select 'Export list' from the menu on the left.

You can then set the parameters of the contacts to be exported -

and the custom fields that will be included in the file.

 If you want to export a single segment from the subscription list, just select it in 'Groups'.

Now just click ‘Export’. Please note that file will not download automatically. You will receive new notification with a link that will take you to download and it will appear in notifications on the left side of the menu bar.
